She is a featured arts on NHK Japan Broadcasting Corporation, with her films that uniquely present the idiosyncrasies of Japanese culture and self-contained fantasy worlds. From Yakuza revenge capers to Japan’s favorite post-punk /hip hop girl group Atarashii Hakka! Sayaka’s style encompasses her love and fascination of traditional animation techniques, to fashion and music culture to create films that surprise and entertain.
